摘要
以蔗糖为碳源,乙二醇为溶剂,采用热溶剂法制得了正极复合材料LiFePO4/C,并对其充放电行为进行了研究。结果表明,受含碳的细化颗粒影响,LiFePO4/C正极材料的导电性大幅度提高。首次充、放电比容量与理论值接近,并且具有良好的循环稳定性。
The positive nonacomposite FiFePO4/C was prepared by solvothermal synthesis method with sucrose as carbon source, ethylene glycol as solvent, and its charging and discharging behavior was studied. The results show that the conductivity of LiFePO4/C is enhanced greatly due to the refining of grain. And the capacity of LiFePO4/C is close to the theoretical value in the initial charge-discharge process, and its cycle stability is also good.
