摘要
政府采购信息透明化是从信息需求者的视角研究政府采购信息公开的进程。总结国内外学者对政府采购过程中透明化问题的研究,对推进政府采购信息透明化、制度规范化,具有重要的理论和现实意义。与国外研究相比,目前国内研究在内容和研究方法上都有一定差距,存在相关概念及内容界定还不够完整,研究范围较窄,理论分析不深,对信息透明化改革缺乏较系统研究等问题。
Abstract ：Information transparency of government procurement is information disclosure from the demanders＇ point of view. A review of research on transparency issues in the government procurement has important theoret- ical and practical significance in promoting the transparency of information and standardizing the government procurement system. Compared with foreign research, domestic research has definite shortcomings in its con- tents and methods. There are still some problems such as the definition of relevant concepts and content is not complete, the research scope is too narrow, the theoretical analysis is not deep enough, and there is insufficient systematic research on information transparency reform.
