摘要
目的探讨消毒供应中心实施项目管理方法的效果。方法从2010年3月开始,我院消毒供应中心在区域组长负责制的基础上,运用项目管理方法,将原检查包装区域组和灭菌区域组合并成1个责任组,同时设立了质量与安全控制小组、培训与宣传小组、设备管理与科研小组和后勤保障小组共4个专项管理小组,实施项目管理。结果建立专项管理小组实施项目管理后,质量控制、业务培训、教学、设备管理、科研和后勤保障等方面的管理效果均明显优于实施项目管理之前。结论优化消毒供应中心组织结构,运用项目管理方法,是提高消毒供应中心管理水平的有效途径。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of project management in the Central Sterile Supply Depart-ment(CSSD). Method Since March 2010,project management has been implemented in the CSSD on the founda-tion of regional leaders responsibility system. Before that time ,there are four teams according to the region where they worked,including a decontaminating and packing team,a pack checking team,a sterilizing team and a storing and distributing team. To implement the projeet management,the pack checking team and sterilizing team were combined into one responsibility team,and four project management groups were set up,including quality and safety control group,training group,equipment management and scientific research group,and logistics group. Result Since project management was implemented,better management effects had been achieved in quality eontrol,in-service training,clinical teaching,equipment management seientific research and logisties management. Conclusion The op-timization of organizational structure of CSSD and implement of project management are effective way to improve the management quality of CSSD.
