摘要
信息安全是数字图书馆建设的重要问题之一。信息安全在经历技术保障、管理保障和制度保障3个阶段后,逐渐形成了一套完善的运行体系,并在图书馆界得到了普及和推广。美国高校图书馆基本上都成立了专门的信息安全管理部门,并形成了较为完善的部门隶属关系和组织结构,可以为我国高校图书馆信息安全工作提供有益的借鉴。
The information security is an important problem of the digital library construction. The information security has formed a perfect operation system after experiencing three phases of the technology guarantee, the management guarantee, and the system guarantee, and has popularized and extended in the library circle. The university library in America has found the special information security management department popularly, and has formed the perfect department subjection relation and the organization structure, which could be drawn lessons by the information security work of the university library in China.
