摘要
从产业竞争情报视角入手,基于竞争情报工作者可操作应用属性,采用文献资料研究、竞争情报研究项目报告分析、案例研究、与竞争情报从业者交流讨论相结合的研究方法,研究归纳出产业竞争情报用户需求识别的12种方法。对于企业层次、政府-国家层次竞争情报用户需求识别具有较大的适用性,对于信息服务、战略研究、管理咨询等领域识别用户需求也有参考价值。
Focusing on industry competitive intelligence level, according to practically application of attri- butes for competitive intelligence professionals, based on literature research, analysis on competitive intel- ligence project reports, case studies, and interview with competitive intelligence professionals, this paper summarizes 12 kinds of methods about identification the needs of industry competitive intelligence users. Besides industry competitive intelligence level, these methods are applicable for competitive intelligence both in corporation and governmental level, and have reference value for other domains example for infor- mation service, strategy study and management consulting also.
