摘要
目的探讨颅骨钻孔穿刺引流术治疗高血压脑出血的护理效果。方法选取本院2011年1月~2013年1月诊治的高血压脑出血患者95例,均行颅骨钻孔穿刺引流术治疗。根据护理方案分为两组,47例患者实施常规护理为对照组,48例患者实施护理干预为观察组,比较两组患者的治疗效果与并发症情况。结果观察组患者的总有效率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组患者的住院时间明显短于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组,治疗依从性明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论颅骨钻孔穿刺引流术治疗高血压脑出血时,护理干预可明显提高患者的治疗依从性,缩短治疗时间,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To investigate the nursing effect of skull puncture drainage in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 95 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were selected and they were treated with skull puncture drainage.According to nursing program,all patients were divided into the two groups.47 patients received routine care were selected as the control group,while 48 patients received nursing intervention were selected as the observation group.Therapeutic effect and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of control group,but there was no statistical difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）.;hospital stay of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the incidence rate of complication in the ob- servation group was obviously than that in the control group,and treatment compliance of the observation group was sig- nificantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion As skull puncture drainage in treatment of hyper- tensive cerebral hemorrhage,nursing intervention can significantly improve treatment compliance and shorten treatment time and reduce the incidence rate of complication.
