摘要
以天津泰达广场A区,B区及泰达中央广场单元式幕墙板块加工工艺为例,为确保单元板块的结构性能,提高水密和气密性能,在采取可靠的加工工艺基础上,通过合理设计工装模具,较好地控制单元板块龙骨组角、石材装饰线条组装的质量,为单元式幕墙现场安装创造了良好的前提条件。
Taking unitized curtain wall plate in A, B area and the central of Tianjin Teda square as an example, to ensure that the structure per- formance unit plate, improve the watertight and airtight performance, taking basic reliable process, tooling industry design through reasonable, quality control unit plate keel angle, stone decorative line assembly, create good conditions for unit curtain wall installation.
