摘要
通过环氧氯丙烷、固碱和邻甲酚醛环氧树脂在不同条件下反应,证明了环氧生产中废聚物是由环氧氯丙烷和固碱加聚反应生成的。同时研究了反应温度、固碱量对废聚物产量的影响,结果表明,适当减少碱用量,在95℃以下回收ECH,可以达到减少废聚物的目的。
It was proved that the waste polymer was generated by the addition polymerization of epichlorohydrin and solid base by the reactions of epichlorohydrin, solid base and o - cresol formaldehyde epoxy resin under different conditions. The effects of reaction temperature and solid base amount on the waste polymer production were studied. The results showed that the purpose of reducing waste polymers could be achieved by appropriate reducing the alkali amount or recovering ECH below 95 ℃.
