The new hospital accreditation focuses on the promotion of medical quality , the security of pa-tients, and the optimization of medical services .In accordance with the standard of hospital accreditation , in order to construct a well-established quality management system , a complete thought and design is needed for the system organization , management methods , and the concerned management range and depth .
