摘要
采用NaHSO3、NaClO2、甲酸/盐酸混合酸和硫酸4种方法对双醛纤维素(DAC)进行改性,结果表明稀硫酸水解的改性效果最佳。进一步用正交实验考察了各种条件对稀硫酸水解改性效果的影响,发现影响鞣剂鞣性依次为:反应时间>硫酸浓度>反应温度;影响鞣剂吸收率依次为:反应温度>硫酸浓度>反应时间。硫酸水解改性的最佳条件质量分数为10%的硫酸,30℃,7 h。改性后的双醛纤维素(DAC-SC)鞣革的ΔTs可以达到27.2℃,鞣剂的吸收率可以达到63.67%。
Four serial experiments of dialdehyde cellulose (DAC) modification respectively by sodium sulfite, HCOOH/ HC1 mixed acid, sodium chlorite and sulfuric acid were carried out. The results indicated that sulfuric acid modification was best. Orthogonal experiments of DAC modification by sulfuric acid were carried out. The sequence effect on tanning properties of modified DAC was reaction time, mass concentration of sulfuric acid, reaction temperature; the sequence ef-fect on leather absorption rate of modified DAC was reaction temperature, mass concentration of sulfuric acid, reaction time. The best modified DAC tanning agent was obtained in the condition of 7 h, sulfuric acid concentration of 10% and 30℃.
