摘要
Lgr5是近年来新发现的一种重要的7次跨膜G蛋白偶联受体,属于糖蛋白激素受体类,与促甲状腺激素受体、黄体激素受体和卵泡刺激素受体同源。最新研究证明,Lgr5是Wnt信号通路下游的靶向基因,可作为肠等部位的干细胞标志物,且其表达的产物在胚胎和器官的发育以及多种肿瘤的发生、发展屮均发挥着重要作用。Lgr5有望成为肿瘤治疗的新靶点,探讨Lgr5在干细胞生物学及肿瘤中的作用已成为目前学者们研究的热点。该文就Lgr5在干细胞及肿瘤研究中的新进展进行综述。
Lgr5 is a recently found G-protein coupled receptor with 7 transmmbrane subunits. It belongs to the glucocorticoid receptor family, and is homolog with thyroid stimulating hormone receptor, luteinizing hormone receptor and follicle stimulating hormone recaptor. The latest research displays that it is the down- stream target gene of Wnt signal pathway, and it can be a stem cell marker of small intestine and colon, as well as to be proved to play an important role in controlling specific embryonic tissue differentiation and "growth. Lgr5 is expected to be the new treatment target of cancer. Exploring the role of Lgr5 in stem cells and tumor has become the focus of research for scholars. And here reviews the recent research progress of Lgr5 in stem cells and tumor.
