超声治疗前列腺癌的免疫效应

摘要 前列腺癌是男性常见恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率和病死率逐年上升。目前世界上还没有完全治愈前列腺癌的方法。随着超声技术的飞速发展,其在前列腺癌的治疗中发挥了一定的作用。高强度聚焦超声治疗前列腺癌被认为是前列腺癌安全有效的微创治疗方法。超声治疗前列腺癌的机制主要是热效应和空化效应,近年来,免疫效应日益受到人们的关注。该文就超声治疗前列腺癌与免疫的关系进行综述。 Prostate cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in men, and its incidence and mortality rate have been increasing year by year. Currently, there are no completely curative therapeutic options for prostate cancer in the world. With the rapid development of ultrasonic technology, ultrasound plays a certain role in the treatment of prostate cancer. High intensity focused ultrasound is considered to be safe, effective and minimally invasive for the treatment of prostate cancer. The mechanism of ultrasound treatment for pros- tate cancer mainly lies in thermal effect and cavitation. In recent years, immunological effect of ultrasound therapy has gained a wowing concern. Here is to make a review of the relationship between ultrasound therapy of prostate cancer and immunological effect.
