摘要
从新疆生态补偿实施的过程、途径、效果分析对缓解当地人民生活贫困的效应,发现生态补偿项目的实施对促进就业、增加一部分牧民收入、促进产业结构调整、提高当地村民意识有积极作用。为更好地发挥生态补偿缓解贫困效应,提出实现生态补偿目标的对策建议。
The implementation of ecological compensation will alleviate local poverty situation to some extent, this article from the process, approaches, results analysis of implementation of ecological compensation to alleviate the effects of poverty, and found that the implementation of ecological compemation projects have a positive effect on promoting local employment, increasing the portion of the income of herdsmen, promoting industrial restructuring and improving awareness of local villagers. In order to let the final ecological compensation alleviate poverty play a better effect, to achieve the goal of ecological compensation proposed in this article.
