摘要
在2013年3月入户调查、获取陕西省安康市白河、旬阳等四县小流域治理项目区506个样本农户数据的基础上,利用描述性统计和对应分析模型,分析了小流域治理前后农户的经济福利、农户对项目的评价以及农户家庭特征、小流域治理参与程度与经济福利的关系;研究结果表明:在经济福利方面,小流域治理后,农户的农业收入、非农收入以及家庭支出都有所增长;大多数农户对小流域治理持肯定态度,认为小流域治理后生态环境有所改善,小流域治理项目减少了当地自然灾害的发生,缓解了水土流失状况;进而从家庭特征和参与小流域治理情况区分了样本农户的个体差异,发现非农收入对提高当地农户家庭年收入和支出有着重要作用,家庭成员受教育程度与农户收入支出关系密切,被调查农户参与小流域治理情况与农户经济福利状况关系密切等。
The research uses questionnaires data small watershed control project in four counties in of 506 example rural households collected in a Ankang City on March 2013 ,Shaanxi Province, bove and applying the descriptive statistics and correspondence analytic model, the paper studies rural households after implementing the small watershed control project, their attitudes and the household economic welfare ,family demographic features and household involvement in the control dicate that in the aspect of economic welfare, the rural household agricultural income, non - first hand survey of the China. Based on the a- economic welfare of the relationship among the project. The results in- faming income and family ex- penditure all show some increase after implementing the control project. The households think that local ecological environ- ment is improved after the control project as well and especially the control project reduces the local natural disaster and relieves water and soil erosion. Most households have positive attitudes toward the control project. Furthermore,the paper differentiates the households according to the family demographic features and their involvement in the project, finding that non -fanning income plays an important role in the household annual income and expenditure. There is a close relation between the education levels of household members and the household income ＆ expenditure. And the extent and features of household involvement in small watershed control project have close relation with their economic welfare.
