摘要
目的：探讨CERECE4D技术进行后牙全瓷高嵌体修复的临床效果。方法：对70例患者的72颗经根管治疗的邻耠面缺损的后牙，采用全瓷高嵌体一次法完成修复，随访0．5～1年，按照改良USPHS标准对高嵌体进行效果评价。结果：对患者口内修复体在完整度、边缘密合度、颜色匹配、邻接关系和牙龈炎症反应情况进行临床疗效评价。结论：高嵌体修复无髓后牙邻合面缺损效果良好，远期效果有待观察。
Objectiv lars defect. Methods： 72 ramic onlays, followed up e： To evaluate the curative effect of CEREC E4D All-ceramic onlays repairing on pulpless moposterior teeth after root canal therapy with meiso defect of 70 patients were repaired by all-cefor 0.5 - 1 years. According to the modified USPHS criteria, effect evaluation was made. Resuits： The clinical effect of intraoral restoration was assessed in integrity, edge density, color matching, adjacency and gingival inflammation response. Conclusion： The effect of CEREC E4D All-ceramic onlays repairing on pulpless molars defect is satisfactory in the medical practice. The long-term results should be observed.
