摘要
重症监护室(ICU)患者在急性低血压发生时需要采取及时有效的干预措施,否则会引起昏厥、休克甚至死亡等严重后果。本文研究ICU患者的脉搏波传导时间与急性低血压发作的相关关系,并建立基于人工神经网络的急性低血压发作预测模型。研究结果表明,脉搏波传导时间与急性低血压发作具有较高相关性,可以作为急性低血压预测的特征指标。
The acute hypotensive episode (AHE) in intensive care units (ICU) seriously endanger the lives of patients without timely and effective intervention. This paper mainly studied the correlation between pulse wave transit time (PWTT) and AHE, and established prediction model of AHE based on artificial neural network. The result demonstrated that PWTT had an affinity with AHE, and could be the predictive characteristic index of AHE.
