摘要
人力资源结构即人力资源的优化配置,研究人力资源结构有助于形成正确的人才战略决策,促进人力资源的效率最大化。本文通过对新疆维吾尔自治区人力资源结构中产业、地区、民族、科技等要素的分析,总结出现阶段新疆人力资源结构的形成机制,并由此预测今后一段时间内新疆人力资源结构在数量、质量、流动方向等方面的发展趋势,得出新疆人力资源结构将趋向优化的结论。
Human resource structure embodies the optimal allocation of human resources, the study of human resource structure con- tributes to form correct talent strategy, to promote human resources to reach the maxim efficiency. Based on the analysis of the structure of human resources on age, gender, ethnic, industry, science and technology and other elements in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Re- gion, we have summed up the present stage of Xinjiang human resources structure characteristics and the formation mechanism, given the final prediction of the trend of the next period for Xinjiang human resource structure in the quantity, the quality, the flow direction , and gotten the conclusion that Xinjiang human resources will tend to be optimized.
