摘要
以新疆莎车县5个主栽扁桃品种为试验材料,采取人工模拟外界环境的方法对不同扁桃品种一年生休眠枝条进行了低温(-15^-40℃)处理,测定低温处理后休眠枝条萌芽率及降温过程中休眠枝的相对电导率、丙二醛(MDA)含量、脯氨酸(Pro)含量、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,并对测定结果进行抗寒性分析和比较。结果表明:抗寒性强的扁桃品种在低温时能保持相对较高的游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量、较高的SOD活性及较低的MDA含量,且恢复生长后其枝条萌芽率明显高于抗寒性较弱的品种,各扁桃品种的抗寒性大小顺序表现为阿曼尼莎11号>叶尔羌14号>晚丰18号>选育品种5号>纸皮1号。
Five almond cultivars from Xinjiang Shache County was used as materials, an artificial simulated environment with low tem- perature ( - 15 - - 40 ℃ ) was taken, the relative conductivity, MDA content, Pro content, CAT activity, SOD activity, and com- parison of cold resistance of different almond varieties dormant branches in the process of dormant, and dormant bud germination rate were determined. The results showed that cold resistance varieties of almond could maintain relatively high Pro content, soluble sugar, soluble protein content, higher SOD activity and low MDA content, and the bud germination rate was significantly higher than that of low cold resistance varieties after growth recovery. The cold resistance of the tested almond varieties was as follows, Amannisha No. 11, Yeerqiang No. 14, Wanfeng 18, Selection and breeding of varieties No. 5, Zhipi No. 1.
