玉米种子内部机械裂纹扩展过程研究 被引量:8

摘要 为研究脱粒过程中玉米种子内部机械裂纹的扩展过程,设计玉米种子专用脱粒机,本文在给出玉米种子内部产生的机械裂纹脆性断裂扩展的8种分形扩展模型的同时,对所给模型进行了基于能量平衡理论和分形几何理论的动力学分析。结果发现:脱粒过程中玉米种子内部产生的机械裂纹通过淀粉颗粒,玉米种子内部机械裂纹的扩展路径走向、不规则性与其分形效应程度有关;脱粒过程中,玉米种子内部产生的机械裂纹发生沿淀粉颗粒边缘和过淀粉颗粒耦合脆性断裂扩展的可能性最大,其次为沿淀粉颗粒边缘脆性断裂扩展,接下来为过淀粉颗粒脆性断裂,发生分叉脆性断裂扩展的可能性最小。 In order to study the extersion process of mechanical cracks producted in corn seed threshing, and design special maize thresher. This paper presented fractal propagation model of internal mechanical crack in corn seed, and dynamics analysis them based on energy bal- ance theory and fractal geometry theory. Results shows that: mechanical cracks in corn seeds internally generated during threshering throughthe starch granules, it is has a great influence that extension path towards and the degree of irregularity with fractal effect of inner mechanical cracks; in threshing process, it is most likely occured that along the starch edge granules and the starch grains coupled brittle fracture extension, secondly, along by the edge of the starch granules of brittle fracture extension, the next for brittle fracture, the starch par- ticles occured brittle fracture extended bifurcation least likely.
