摘要
本文主要阐述压力容器无损检测技术,就以超声检测技术为例。不损伤材料、工件及结构是无损检测的特点所在,也是优于一般检测的原因所在,同时结合超声检测在压力容器中运用的技术特点,分析了换热器壳体的超声检测内容,对于今后工程实践具有一定指导作用。
This paper mainly expounds the Pressure Vessel NDT, ultrasonic testing technology as an example. Do not damage the material, workpiece and the structure is where the characteristics of nondestructive testing, it is superior to the general detection, combined with the characteristics of ultrasonic detection technology used in the pressure vessel, analyzed the ultrasonic detection content heat exchanger shell, for future engineering practice has a certain guiding role.
