摘要
1999年我厂板坯连铸生产中频繁出现横裂纹,严重影响铸坯质量。为解决这一问题,进行调查研究,找出了产生横裂纹的原因,提出有效的改进措施。
In 1999, the cross cracks occurred frequently in CC slabs cast in our plant, and brought a serious influence to slabs quality. In order to solve this problem, we went to basic units to investigate thoroughly and found out the cause of cross crack formation. Then we proposed some effective measures to prevent the crack forming.
