摘要
教学督导是教学管理的一个环节,教学督导的目的是为了提高教学质量,完善教学制度。本文以安徽民办本科高校的督导工作作为实例,分析高校督导工作中普遍存在的问题,如督导制度不完善、督导的对象范围窄、督导工作执行不力、督导者本身素质有待提高等;最后提出提高和完善督导工作的方法和对策。
Teaching supervision is a part of education management, which aims to promote the quality of teaching and improve the teaching system. This paper takes the supervision work of private colleges in Anhui as an example, analyzes the existing problems in the supervision work, such as poor supervision institution, small range of supervision objects, weak enforcement of supervision, poor quality of supervisors, finally proposes some methods and countermeasures to improve the supervision work.
