根据涂料生产企业的生产特点以及原辅料性质、使用、储存情况进行风险源识别,针对识别出的风险源提出相应的环境风险管理措施,以降低对环境及周围单位、居民的威胁,将环境风险控制在可接受水平。
According to the characteristics of paint production enterprises production and raw material properties, use and storage conditions of risk source recognition, to identify the risk source of the corresponding environmental risk management measures are put forward, in order to reduce the threat to the environment and the surrounding units and residents, environmental risk control at an acceptable level.
