摘要
以钢格板剪床刀具为研究对象,基于ANSYS Workbench软件的优化设计功能,在Design Modeler模块中创建刀具的参数化三维模型,进而利用Design Explorer模块在静力分析的基础上对刀具进行优化设计。通过计算相关参数的敏感性以及输入参数的响应来确定优化方案,设定优化目标,最终计算出优化结果,以达到降低刀具所受应力、减小刀具的宽度和厚度的目的。
Regarding steel gratings shearing machine cutter as the research object. Based on the optimal design func- tion of ANSYS Workbench software, it creates the parametric 3D model in Design Modeler module. By using Design Ex- plorer, it can reach optimal design of cutter on the basis of static analysis. The final optimal program is determined by cal- culating the sensitivity of related parameters and reaction of input parameters. The final result can be calculated by this set- ting object in order to reduce the stress, the width and thickness of cutter.
