摘要
结合具体案例,运用专利地图等分析工具,阐述笔者对一专利引用关系分析文章中涉及专利先进性、质量性判断的一些观点和案例的不同看法,并从专利检索比对的理论角度解释专利引用现象。
By studying some cases and employing analyzing tools such as the patent map, the author expresses his own opinions on the judgment of the progressiveness and the quality of pa- tents made by an article about patent citation relationship and explains patent citation from the theoretical perspective of patent retrieval and comparison.
