摘要
目的观察麻杏鱼甘止嗽汤联合西药治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床疗效。方法将98例慢性支气管炎急性发作患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组49例。两组均给予抗感染、镇咳、祛痰、平喘等常规西药治疗,治疗组加用自拟麻杏鱼甘止嗽汤。两组疗程均为10天,观察临床疗效及主要临床症状缓解时间。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为95.92%、73.47%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间治疗后比较,咳嗽、咯痰、喘息等主要症状缓解时间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麻杏鱼甘止嗽汤联合西药治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作,可明显缓解患者的临床症状,且起效较快。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Maxing Yugan Zhisou Decoction＂ and western medicine in treating acute attack of chronic bronchitis （CB）. Methods Ninety-eight cases were randomized into treatment group and control group, with 49 cases in each group. Both of the groups were treated with western medicine, and treatment group was added with ＂ Maxing Yugan Zhisou Decoction＂, with the course of 10 days. We observed the clinical efficacy and relieving time of clinical symptoms. Results The overall effective rate was 95.92% in the treatment group and 73.47% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, there were significant differences in relieving time of the main symptoms： cough, expectoration and pant between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined ＂Maxing Yugan Zhisou Decoction＂ and western medicine can alleviate the clinical symptoms of acute attack of chronic bronchitis and acts on CB rapidly.
