教育国际合作项目课程开发的运作机制探析——以波兰民主公民教育项目(EDCP)为例

摘要 本文以波兰民主教育项目(EDCP)为例,探讨了教育国际合作项目课程开发的运作机制:在资金和人力资源等方面提供有效支持;在课程开发之前达成理论共识并以此为引导;各方力量民主合作发挥效应;对新课程进行实地测试和推广。这一机制跨越了文化障碍,可为其他环境或不同门类的课程开发提供适用模型。 In this paper, the author takes EDCP as a study case, and probes into the operation mechanism: (1) providing effective supports of finance and human powers; (2) before curriculum development, it needs to arrives consensuses of theories and makes it as guidance;(3) different parts collaborate democratically and play to the effect; (4) testing and spreading the new curriculum. This mechanism steps over cultural barriers, and provides applicable model for other types or in other environments on curriculum development.
