抑郁症脑结构网络拓扑特性及其与病程关系 被引量:5

A preliminary study of the topological patterns of the brain structural networks and its relationship with the course in depression

摘要 目的 探讨抑郁症患者脑结构网络小世界属性和节点介数中心度属性及其与病程的相关性,分析抑郁症患者脑区间纤维连接分布特性及各脑区在大脑活动的信息传递中作用和地位的改变.方法 对27例抑郁症患者、33名正常人进行弥散张量成像扫描(Diffusion Tensor Imaging,DTI),结合基于图论的复杂网络方法构建脑结构网络.结果 (1)两组脑结构网络均具有小世界属性;(2)抑郁症组右侧额上回眶部(P=0.00035,FDR校正后)、左侧壳核(P=0.00054,FDR校正后)节点介数中心度属性值较对照组显著下降;(3)抑郁症组左侧海马节点介数中心度属性值与病程呈显著负相关(r=0.50,P=0.016).结论 抑郁症患者和正常人的脑区及脑区间纤维连接分布均具有小世界属性,但抑郁症患者额叶眶部及纹状体的壳核在与情绪和认知相关活动的信息传递中的中心地位下降.抑郁症患者海马在大脑结构中的中心地位性与病程相关. Objective To investigate the small-worldness and the betweenness centrality of the nodes in the brain structural networks and its relationship with the course and the central role of the brain regions in the transmission of information across the whole brain in depression. Methods The diffusion tensor imaging data were obtained from 27 depression patients and 33 healthy controls. The brain structural networks were constructed using the complex network theory. Results The brain structural networks had small-world properties in both groups. When compared with the healthy, the betweenness centrality of the nodes of the networks in depression significantly decreased in right superior frontal gyrus (orbital part) (P= 0.00035 ,region survived critical FDR threshold for mul- tiple comparisons),and left putamen (P= 0.00054, region survived critical FDR threshold for muhiple compari- sons). Significant negative correlation was found between the betweenness centrality of left hippocampus and the course in the depression( r= 0.50, P= 0.016). Conclusion Both of the brain structural networks in depression patients and normal people have the property of small-worldness. But the central role of orbit frontal cortex and pu- tamen in the transmission of information across the whole brain is declined, and the betweenness centrality of hippo- campus is negatively related with the course in the depression.
