焦化灰用于首钢京唐公司大型高炉喷吹的初步研究

摘要 对首钢京唐公司1,2号高炉现用3种喷吹煤及分别配加5%,10%焦化灰的混煤性能进行了实验室研究。结果表明,焦化灰灰分高、硫分较高、发热量较低、可磨性较差、燃烧率较低、反应性较弱,着火点较高;焦化灰配加比例在10%以内,对混煤的成分、发热量及炉渣碱度等影响较小。在配加5%焦化灰的工业试验中,首钢京唐公司1,2号高炉炉况基本顺稳,燃料比略有增加,与实验室研究结果相吻合;旋风灰碳含量升高明显,说明焦化灰与所替代煤的性能差异应引起重视。 Laboratory study was carried out on the performance of the commonly used three single pulverized coal and the mixed pulverized coal which coking ash was blended with 5% and 10%. It was shown that coking ash had the disadvantage of higher ash and sulfur, lower calorific value, a worse HGI, lower combustion rate and reactivity, higher ignition point. And when coking ash was blended with other coal within 10%, mixed coal component, calorific value, and slag basicity would be influenced little. The industry test was carried out that 5% coking ash was used in PCI blended with other coal powder, and the two blast furnaces were in good order. Blast furnaces fuel ratio were increased a little. The results were consistent with our early lab study. It was found that carbon content in gravity dust raised obviously, there were some gaps between the coking ash and pulverized coal's performance. This should be paid attention.
