霉变饲料中毒马不同组织中TLR1、TLR2、TLR4和TLR6 mRNA转录水平研究 被引量:3

Study on Transcription Levels of TLR1,TLR2,TLR4 and TLR6 mRNA in Different Tissues of Moldy Feed Poisoning Horses

摘要 为探讨霉变饲料中毒马不同组织中TLR1、TLR2、TLR4和TLR6的表达情况,采用SYBR GreenⅠ荧光定量RT-PCR方法检测霉变饲料中毒马和健康对照马胃、心脏、肝脏、脾脏、肺脏、肾脏、十二指肠、盲肠和骨髓中TLRs基因的转录水平。结果表明,TLR1、TLR2、TLR4、TLR6基因在检测的胃和肝脏组织中的表达量均是霉变饲料中毒马显著高于对照马(P<0.05),TLR4基因在霉变饲料中毒马所检测的9个组织器官中的表达量均显著高于对照马(P<0.05)。说明霉变饲料中毒可引起马胃和肝脏的主要变化,推测TLR4基因在机体抵御霉变饲料中毒中发挥着重要的作用。 To investigate the expressions of TLR1, TLR2, TLR4 and TLR6 in different tissue of moldy poisoning horses,SYBR Green I fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR was used to detect the level of TLRs transcription in stomach, heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, duodenum, cecum, and bone marrow of poisoning horses and health control horses. The results showed that the expression levels of TLR1, TLR2, TLR4, TLR6 genes in stomach and liver were significantly higher in feed poisoning horses than control horses (P 〈0.05). The expression levels of TLR4 gene in 9 tissues and organs were significantly higher in feed poisoning horse than control horses(P〈0.05). Experimental results showed that the feed poisoning can cause major changes in stomach and liver of horses suggesting that TLR4 gene plays an important role in resis- ting feed poisoning of horses.
