摘要
新的社会阶层的涌现使得我国统战工作的重心不断下移,基层统战工作愈发重要,但欠发达地区基层统战工作存在统战意识比较薄弱、统战工作机制不够健全、统战干部的素养及能力无法适应新时期统战需要等问题,必须通过强化统战考核指标,提升统战考核的地位;全面落实国家各项统战工作制度,完善统战工作机制;加强统战干部队伍素质建设,提升统战干部的统战工作能力等措施加于完善。
The emergence of new social strata makes the center of the united front work down, and the united front work grassroots increasingly important, but the awareness of the united front work in underdeveloped regions is relatively weak , the united front work mechanisms are inadequate, so there is the ability of the cadres is unable to adapt to the new era united front needs and other issues, so there is an urgent need to strengthen the united front by status assessment indicators to improve the assessment. Full implementation of the state＇s united front work system, nuprovement of the mechanism of the united front work; measures to enhance the quality of cadres should be but forward.
