摘要
通过对混合电动汽车与传统汽车的对比分析,根据混合动力汽车的特性,完成了基于混合动力汽车平台的CAN网络设计,具体包括CAN网络的总线协议设计、网络管理设计、整车网络拓扑设计以及混合动力网的电磁干扰设计,并进行了实车网络的测试验证。测试表明,该CAN网络系统很好地满足了混合动力汽车控制单元众多、信息传输量大、干扰大的网络特性需求,同时对整车厂混合电动汽车的网络平台化设计提供有效的帮助。
Based on the comparison analysis between hybrid electric and conventional vehicles, the CAN network design, including CAN network protocol design, network management design, vehicle network topology design and electromagnetic interference design, was completed on the hybrid electric vehicle platform. The network tests were carried out in the real vehicle. The test results show that the CAN network system well satisfies the network characteristics of the hybrid electric vehicle, i.e., numerous control units involved, massive information transmission and strong interference. This design provides an effective tool in network platform design of hybrid electric vehicles.
