摘要
研究了小鼠黑色素瘤细胞B16、骨髓瘤细胞SP2 / 0和小鼠正常成纤维细胞ME对99Tcm MIBI和99Tcm tetrofosmin的摄取情况。结果表明 ,小鼠黑色素瘤细胞B16、骨髓瘤细胞SP2 / 0对99Tcm MIBI的摄取量高于99Tcm tetrofosmin ;小鼠正常成纤维细胞ME对99Tcm MIBI和99Tcm tetrofosmin的摄取量都很低。研究了99Tcm MIBI和99Tcm
The cellular uptake of 99 Tc m MIBI and 99 Tc m tetrofosmin in murine melanoma cell line B16,murine myeloma cell line SP2/0 and normal fibroblast line ME are studied.The results show that the uptake in tumor cells is remarkably higher than in normal cells.The biodistribution of 99 Tc m MIBI and 99 Tc m tetrofosmin in tumor bearing mice are also studied. Although the tumor to blood concentration ratios are fairly high,the overall target specificity is low.
