太阳电池串联电阻与I-V曲线斜率的关系

Relationship between Series Resistance and Slope of I-V Curve of Solar Cell

摘要 太阳电池的串联电阻对其I-V曲线有显著的影响.串联电阻越大,I-V曲线在开路电压处偏离串联电阻为零的I-V曲线越大.偏离度可由开路电压处的斜率表示.开路电压处的I-V曲线斜率与串联电阻的相关关系可由I-V特性方程分析得到. Series resistance affects Ⅰ-Ⅴcurve of solar cell notably.The greater is series resistance,the greater is deviation of Ⅰ-Ⅴ curve at open circuit voltage from theⅠ-Ⅴcurve whose series resistance is zero.The deviation can be expressed as the slope at open circuit voltage.Relational expression for the slope at open circuit voltage and series resistance has been deduced using analysis of the Ⅰ-Ⅴ equation.
