盆腔脏器脱垂的中医证候规律及其针药施治对策的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察盆腔脏器脱垂(POP)的中医证候规律,并给予相应的中药及针灸辨证治疗,探讨中医药治疗POP的临床效验。方法:对197例POP患者进行中医证候分型,并对各证候类型辨证治以中药及针灸疗法,治疗前后进行症状积分评价、盆底功能障碍问卷(PFDI—20)和盆底障碍影响简易问卷(PFIQ—7)调查、会阴肌肉疲劳度测试。结果:197例患者中,气虚型106例(53.8%),肾阴虚35例(17.8%),肾阳虚型50例(25.4%),肝胆湿热型6例(3%)。气虚型、肾阴虚型、肾阳虚型Ⅰ、Ⅱ度脱垂的患者经过治疗后膀胱、肠道、盆腔的症状都获得明显改善。临床症状、会阴肌肉疲劳度均得到明显改善。结论:POP中医证候分型以气虚、肾虚为主,气虚证是盆腔脏器脱垂的主要证型。中医药疗法能减轻POP患者的临床症状,提高生活质量。
