摘要
为了应对近年来城市建设的快速发展,加油站建设所需土地资源相对短缺,而汽车保有量的迅速增长,城区出现汽车加油难的情况,介绍了中国石化江苏石油分公司,在江苏省政府部门的支持下,在核心城区利用公共用地、道路绿化带和零星闲置土地等,以租赁形式试点建设绿岛型自助加油站(简称便利加油站)的实践。说明了便利加油点的特点、分类、建设规模和建设要点,包括平面布置、建(构)筑物、工艺设备,以及电气配备等。
In response to the city' s vehicle refueling difficulty arising with the rapid development of city construction in recent years,the relative deficit of land resources required by gas station construction,and the rapid growth of car population,the SINOPEC Jiangsu Oil Products Company,under the support of government departments in Jiangsu Province,renting public land,road greening belt and sporadic idle land in the urban core,constructed green island type self- service gas stations(convenient refueling points) as pilots.The characteristics,classification,construction scale and key points of the convenient refueling points,including the layout,building or structures,process equipment,and electrical equipment were described.
