Effects of Microstructure Characteristics on Limestone Reactivity in Wet FGD Process

摘要 针对火电厂污染物治理的实际需求,研究了微观结构对石灰石反应活性的影响。由于矿源及形成条件的不同,石灰石的元素成分、晶相成分、晶体粒度都会有差异。利用Stat-pH方法分析了石灰石微观结构对其活性的影响,结果表明:石灰石的微观结构会影响其脱硫活性。在其它条件相同时,石灰石中碳酸钙含量越高、方解石颗粒越细小,其活性也相应较高。 Aimed to the requirement of pollutants control in power plants, the effects of microstructure characteristics on the limestone reactivity were studied. Due to the various sources and formation condition, the elementary composition, petrofacies and granularity of limestone were different. The effects of microstructure characteristics on limestone reactivity were investigated by a pH-stat method. The results indicated that the microstructure influences the reactivity and the grindability of the limestone. The higher calcite content and the finer granularity, the reactivity of limestone is more active.
