摘要
结合中条山供水工程 ,研讨了工程建设总承包建设管理模式 ,总结了中条山供水工程总承包项目的投资控制过程和经验 ,对总承包单位在造价控制管理的控制点和控制方向进行了一些探讨 ,可供其他工程参考 .
The general contract is a new management mode in project construction, which is popularized in water and hydro-power project constructions in China. In terms of investment control, the general contractor is not only the client but also the contractor. The cost control is given a new concept because of the dual nature. This paper summarized the investment control process and experiences and discussed the control points and direction of cost management, which will be helpful to other projects.
