摘要
总结了日本大气颗粒物污染防治的历程、措施及效果。通过借鉴日本的经验,对我国在颗粒物污染防治方面有三点启示:建立空气质量管理模式,强化移动源污染控制,推行煤炭清洁利用技术。
The process, measures and effect of Japanese particulate matter pollution prevention is summarized. Japanese experience in particulate matter pollution prevention can cast three enlightenments on China： First, build a management system centered upon air quality; second, strengthen the control on mobile pollution sources; third, promote clean coal utilization technology.
