摘要
随着工程项目的管理越来越趋向于复杂,项目管理者越来越关注于工程项目界面的协调管理。为把握工程项目界面管理这一领域目前研究动态,以便于进一步深入研究,通过对近年文献归纳整理,从工程项目的界面分类、界面管理模型框架、界面风险管理、各参与方界面沟通、界面管理运用的工具方法等方面对现有的研究进行分类综述,提出目前研究的不足并对未来的研究方向进行展望。
The project management tends to be more complex. Project managers are increasingly concerned about the coor- dination of the project interface. In order to grasp the present study dynamic of project interface management and make an intensive study in this area, this article reviews the existing research literature in recent years from the project interface classification, project interface management model and framework, project interface risk management, project interface communication, and utilization of tools and methods in project interface management. Finally, the lack of research and fu- ture research directions are suggested.
