摘要
对团队沟通模式(面对面团队、虚拟团队)、成员文化背景(中国、德国)、成员自我建构对中德团队中成员行为倾向的影响进行实证研究。结果显示,相比面对面团队,成员在虚拟团队中表现出较高的任务角色倾向。相比德国人,中国人表现出较高的受多数成员观点影响的倾向和较低的主动参与的倾向。此外,高度独立型自我的成员表现出较高的任务角色倾向、较低的受多数成员观点影响的倾向和较高的主动参与的倾向。
This study investigates the effects of communication mode ( face - to - face team, virtual team), cultural background (Chinese, German), and self- construal on member' s behavioral tendencies in Chinese - German teams. The results indicate that compared with face - to - face team, members in virtual teams show higher tendency on work role. Compared with Germans, Chinese show higher tendency under majority influence and lower tendency on active par- ticipation. In addition, members with higher independent self- construals show higher tendency on work role, lower tend- ency under majority influence, and higher tendency on active participation.
