摘要
在近代中国历史上,北京不仅持续扮演着文化古都和政治中心的角色,并且也发挥近代外交和国际交往的重要作用。自19世纪中期以来,在北京形成的特殊的"外国人世界"中,俄罗斯(苏联)侨民社会是一个颇具特色的案例。20世纪20年代,北京俄侨群体的命运伴随着中国动荡的政治局势而起伏,伴随着中俄与中苏关系的波澜而变化。
In modem time＇s Chinese history, Beijing not only played the roles like the cultural ancient capital and political center continually, but also played important roles in modem diplomacy and international communication. Since the middle of the 19^th century, in a special world of ＂foreigners＂ in Beijing, Russian （Soviet Union） expatriate society is a characteristic case. In the 1920s, the fate of Russia emigrants community in Beijing up and down with China＇s turbulent political situation, changed with Sino-Russia relation and Sino-Soviet Union relation.
