摘要
燃气锅炉中普遍使用的多管式燃烧器 ,在燃用炼铁高炉煤气时 ,会产生积灰堵塞、火焰中心后移而导致的过热蒸汽温度偏高等一系列问题。分析了产生这些问题的原因。在不改动锅炉结构及受压元件的前提下 ,对燃烧器做了改造 ,比较了改造前后的运行参数 ,并总结了成功的经验及改造中的不足。
Multiple-tube burners are widely used in gas fired boilers.The burners will be blocked by dust and the flame centre biases backwards, resulting higher temperature of overheat steam when the burners use ironmaking blast furnace gas. The causes are analyzed. Transformations are made on the burners,but structure and compression parts of the boilers are unchanged. Operation parameters of before and after the transformation are compared,and successful experience and shortcomings in the transformation are concluded.
