摘要
从含砷的多金属硫化矿中提金,一向棘手。本文提供了采用富氧氰化法从砷钴硫化矿加压氧化浸钴渣中提金的试验结果,其目的是要开辟一条湿法提金新工艺,解决这一难题。扩大试验结果完全验证了小型试验结果的可靠性。文中详细地叙述了富氧氰化原理,并对酸浸渣(细菌浸钴渣)做了富氧氰化与常规空气氰化提金的对比扩大试验。扩试数据表明,富氧氰化比常规空气氰化提金效果好,指标高,是一种很有前途的提金方法。
It has been a knotty problem to extract Au from arsenical polymetallic sulfides. In this paper, test results of extracting Au from pressurized oxidation Co-leaching rcsidues of As-Co sulfides by means of oxygen-rich cyanidation are presented, aiming at opening a new Au hydrometallurgical process to solve the difficult problem. Pilot test results fully confirm the reliability of those from bench-scale tests. The principle of oxygen-rich cyanidation is described in detail in the paper. Comparison has been made between tests of oxygen-rich cyanidation and tests of conventional air cyanidation. Test data indicate that results from the new method are better than those from the conventional one. This is really a promising process for extracting Au.
