摘要
三尖瓣反流普遍存在于器质性心脏病患者和健康人群,是一种常见的临床现象,以功能性和继发性多见。当反流量少时常被误认为是良性病变,长期以来人们都认为原发疾病治愈或改善后,三尖瓣反流就可以随之消失。但是近来发现,即使微量的三尖瓣反流也往往与原发疾病的预后相关,对三尖瓣反流又有了新认识。现主要对功能性三尖瓣反流的研究进展及临床预后进行综述。
Tricuspid regurgitation （TR） is a common clinical phenomenon in subjects with or without heart diseases. 80% -85% of patients with TR belong to functional, or secondary TR. TR has always been regarded as a benign process if there is little regurgitation. However, recently our understanding of TR has changed. In this review we have focused on the progression and significance of functional TR.
