摘要
海南省近年来农区鼠害发生呈偏重态势。目前海南农区鼠害发生基数大、鼠害食料丰富、环境、气候利于鼠类繁殖。根据鼠类防控专家和各市县农业技术人员的交流会商情况以及各市县近期鼠情监测结果,结合历年农区鼠害发生规律及气候、食物条件等因素综合分析,预计2014年海南省农区鼠害总体呈偏重发生、局部大发生趋势。农区鼠害防控惠及民生,意义重大,有关部门要加强鼠情监测,加大宣传、培训及技术推广,采取有效措施积极防控。建议政府高度重视,加大投入,确保农区统一灭鼠活动顺利开展,确保农业增产、农民增收以及人民生命财产安全。
Rodent damage of Hainan agricuhural area had occured seriously in recent years. At present rodent damage occurrence was big. Rodent diet was rich and environment, climate were beneficial ｜br their breeding in Hainan. According to the information of rodent prevention and control experts and the county agrieuhural tectmicians, the trend of agricuhural rodents damage in 2014 wouhl outbreak with the rodents oceurrenee, food condition and other factors. The prevention and eontrol of agricultural rodents were great significance benefit for the livelihood of the people. The relevant departments should strengthen the surveillance of rodent, propaganda, training and technology promotion, and actively take effective measures of prevention and control. We recommended that the govermnent should attach great importance and investment to ensure the activities carry out smoothly, and agrieuhural production and income increase.
