自从国内报道“人胎肝细胞悬液”(FLC)治疗重型肝炎获得疗效以来,引起了肝病研究者的重视并为众多的患者所关注。但临床广泛应用FLC尚存在两个亟待解决的问题:(1)
The fresh hepatic extraction from sucking pig can facilitate the small molecular multipeptide suhstance [synthesized by hepatocytic DNA, naming hepatocyte growth factor.Of the 105 cases of severe [hepatitis 69 (65.7%) survived. Of the 85 cases of the controls, 45(52.9%) survived. The efficiency of HGF in treating in early and middle course of the severe hepatitis was suppier to that of the controls or in the advanced patients. The mechanism of HGF is discussed.
