摘要
目前乳腺癌的发生率已居女性恶性肿瘤的首位,放疗作为恶性治疗的主要手段,成为保乳治疗的重要组成部分。特别是精确放疗的应用,明显提高乳腺癌的局部控制率,不仅延长生存期,而且达到美容效果,提高患者的生活质量。为此,本文综述保乳治疗的目的、指征,保乳术后放疗新技术。
Currently, the rate of breast cancer ranks first female malignancy, radiation therapy is a treatment of malignant, and becomes an important part of breast-conserving surgery. In particular the application of precise radiotherapy significantly improves local control rate of breast cancer, it not only prolongs survival, but also achieves cosmetic results and improves the patients’ quality of life. Therefore, this article summarized the purpose of conserving surgery, indications, postoperative radiotherapy of breast-conserving technologies.
