摘要
综述了木素用不同超临界流体,在不同的反应时间、温度、压力、催化剂等条件下的解聚进程、产物分析及反应机制的研究进展,并简要讨论了超临界流体解聚技术面临的问题和发展方向。超临界流体技术因其高扩散性、低黏度性、高溶解能力等特殊性质在解聚木素方面具有良好的优势与前景。与传统解聚技术相比,超临界流体解聚技术能够得到较高品质的液体产物、产生较少的气体和焦炭副产物,且具有操作条件区域范围宽、易调控,介质环保、无毒,产物较易分离和后加工处理等诸多优势,是一种具有广阔前景的木素解聚处理方法。
This paper reviews the advance in lignin-depolymerization processes, product analysis, and reaction mechanism in the supercritical fluids (SCF). SCF technique showed good advantage in depolymerizing lignin because of the special nature such as high diffusivity, low viscosity, high dissolving capacity. The SCF technology in depolymerization processes can produce high quality of oil products, small amount of gas and a little char formation when compared with conventional lignin depolymerization methods, as well as other advantages such as wide range of operating conditions, easy control and separation, environment friendly. SCF is a promising technique for lignin-depolymerization.
