摘要
枣中含有丰富的营养物质,具有很高的营养价值和保健作用,其中黄酮类化合物对于枣果的颜色、品质和生物活性具有重要的意义。枣黄酮是一类水溶性黄酮类化合物,有很强的生物活性。本文介绍了枣黄酮的提取方法、检测方法及其生物活性的研究进展,为枣黄酮的研究开发提供参考。
Jujube contains abundant nutrients, and most containing high nutritional value and pharmacological activities. The flavonoids of quality and antioxidant biological activity. Ju flavonoid compoun process of Jujube juju jube be has the vital significance on fruit color, flavonoids belong to a class of water-soluble ds and possess several pharmacological properties. This paper reviewed research flavonoids on extraction, detection method and biological activity, providing a reference for research and development of jujube flavonoids.
